Don’t you just love Vodka? Don’t you just love coffee? Well, The Kahlua Espresso Martini just sounded like a match made in heaven with that extra boost to get you through the rest of the week.

If you don’t have an espresso machine you can use the recipe on the Nestle site that calls for their prepared NESCAFE Espresso or do what I do and just make a strong batch using my French Press.

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously, strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with course sugar.
